Kirigakure Strikes First.

One Bold day, the Tsuchikage decided to travel to take a look around the world, but he was not the only one to decide to take a noisy around the world. The Mizukage had also decided to take one as well put not around the world, around his Land. Later on that day, the Tsuchikage studded into a massive and amazing sight. He found himself standing before a waterfall with a nice blue current and warm temperature, perfect for the wild life. The Tsuchikage liked the Waterfall and wanted to discover more information about it but instead he managed to find himself a strange man at the top of the Waterfall.

The Tsuchikage wondered who it was and found out that it was a Kage of a village just like himself. It was the Mizukage the Kage of the Village hidden in the Bloody Mists. They both introduced themselves finding out that there were other villages, the Mizukage decided he was going to attack the other villages and lands and take over them, making Kirigakure more bigger and stronger. A perfect plan for a Evil Kage.
