Sharingan System

Unmastered Toemoe One - Unlocks the ability to see Chakra Flow. Must be activated through a traumatic event.
One Tomoe (Mastered): Unlocks the ability to track faster movement speeds. Requires Sharingan (OT UM) to be used for '5' posts.

Unmastered Tomoe Two - Unlocks the ability to copy Taijutsu (Below 'D/C' Rank). Tracking ability is increased. Requires Sharingan (OT M) to be used for '10' posts. Can be acquired in two different ways. Firstly, the user must be in a heated battle that they don't think they can win - OR They must train the eye in a topic consisting of over '1500' words. The way it is trained is up to whomever is training it, so they should make it unique if they can.
Two Tomoe (Mastered) Unlocks ability to copy Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. All basic Shinobi abilities can be copied at to 'D/B' rank. Requires Sharingan (TwoT UN) to have been used for '15' posts.

Unmastered Tomoe three - Unlocks ability to predict movement. Unlocks the Sharingan's unique hypnosis. Requires Sharingain (TwoT M) to be used for '20' posts. Can be acquired in two different ways. Firstly, the user can fight a battle that they will likely die in without the aid of the three tomoe Sharingan. OR They must train the eye in a topic consisting of over '2000' words. (This will be excessive, in order to promote the first way. Maybe give the 'training' for each tomoe a rank requirement so Genin can obtain the higher tomoe's by going through character developement topics, making it considerably harder). All basic Shinobi abilities can be copied up to 'D/A' rank.
Three Tomoe (Mastered): Unlocks ability to cast Genjutsu with the eye. All basic shinobi abilities can be copied up to 'D/S' rank. Requires Sharingan (ThrT UN) to be used for '25' posts which means one time each thread it counts for.

Unmastered Tomoe Mangekyo Sharingan - Unlocks ability to cast Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu (If Uchiha) or a custom technique (If eye transplant). Must witness a traumatic event (Usually in the form of your best friend dying) at the Three Tomoe (Mastered) stage.
Mangekyo Sharingan (Mastered): Uchiha - Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu must have been cast at least '10' times each which means one time each thread it counts for. Doing so unlocks Susanoo.
Transplant - Custom Technique must have been used '' times. Doing so doubles the amount of usages of the technique per day (Thus reducing Chakra cost).

Implants:
This way is for non uchiha's, If the eye has been transplanted a 1000 word transplant topic would have to be given. To have a transplant, they must have a medic that knows how to do Healing Ninjutsu.

Finally As Uchiha Are One Off The Strongest Clan's Due To There Keke Genkai, Sharingan. If you're a Uchiha, you will not be allowed to be/hold a Jinchuriki.

MS [Mangekyou Sharingan] User's Have A Limit To When They Go Blind, Obviously The limit Is decent, There is a Maximum Of 20 Times An Uchiha Can use the use of of either Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susanno. As In The Series Itachi and Sasuke Both Started To Go Blind, and mainly most of the time those techniques were use their eyes would bleed.

Sharingan Stages •

One Tomoe:
The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The user's reaction time increases (As seen in Sasuke vs Haku)

Two Tomoe:
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react. The user is able to copy jutsu after seeing them, but techniques only up to C/B.

Three Tomoe:
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own but the technique has to be in your element range, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. They can see even the slightest muscle movement. This allows them to utilize the unique brand of hypnosis that makes it look like they know what the opponent will do before they do it. This also is seemingly the stage where Genjutsu can be past through eye contact.

Mangekyo Sharingan Tomoe:
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even the Nine-Tailed Fox may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tailed Fox their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence. The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu. In addition to these commonly used techniques, the Sharingan allows the user to perform the genjutsu Izanagi. Using Izanagi, the user can warp reality for a short amount of time, changing reality into illusion and illusion into reality. However, this technique has been dubbed kinjutsu, because use of it causes the user to go blind in the eye that performed Izanagi.
