Bingo Book Rules

1 ) You have to know the person to put them in the Bingo Book. You can not just hear about someone and say "oh I'll put them in the bingo book because they sound bad and evil". Yeah it don't work like that mate.

2 ) If you enter them into the bingo book, you must pay the reward your self. Do not expect someone to pay the reward for you.

3 ) You will be aloud to enter anyone for any reason from stealing your packet of smokes to or taking one of your transplantation.
